Another Option
I was looking through MLS again last night and found a house that I have previously overlooked. It is a 2243 sqft all brick 2.5 storey home. It boasts a large in town lot with single car garage. Spacious family room, separate dinning room and living room. A larger foyer with original oak trim. It has four spacious bedrooms on the second floor and 2 full baths.
It is close to both ELCAN and CompuSolve so we would not need a second vehicle and the property taxes would be much less. We are going to see it on Sunday. This may be a much better choice for us - and besides I have always wanted to live in a century home.
